Monsey is a young artist starting out as a teacher in this style, after training in dancehall for around three years.
Comfortable clothing such as tracksuits and trainers is all you need for her class, though knee pads are sometimes recommended for the Queen variation, which involves floor work, some twerk and acrobatics.
